Last updated: 29 June 2026At Mayduke iTech (“we”, “us”, “our”), the company behind the VYNKROH brand, we want you to feel completely comfortable working with us. This policy explains our approach to refunds for the services, subscriptions, and digital deliverables offered through vynkroh.ai.
Every engagement begins with a clear scope, timeline, and price agreed in writing before any work starts. We invest significant time and resources into each project from day one, which is why our refund terms are set out plainly below — so there are no surprises on either side.
This applies to project deposits, milestone payments, setup fees, completed work, and any digital products or assets delivered to you. Once we've begun work or handed over a deliverable, that time and value cannot be returned.
For monthly or annual plans and ongoing retainers:
If you cancel a project after payment but before any work has started, contact us as soon as possible. Where no resources have yet been committed, we'll do our best to arrange a fair resolution, which may include a credit toward future work. Any amount is determined at our discretion based on costs already incurred.
While we stand by the policy above, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right, we'd much rather understand the issue and make it right than leave you unhappy. Reach out and we'll work with you on revisions, adjustments, or another path forward wherever we reasonably can.
